Флюс-паста паяльная ППВ-101 (ОСТ 4.ГО.033-200) предназначена для пайки радиоэлектронных компонентов, печатных плат и изделий из цветных металлов без предварительной зачистки деталей и контактных площадок. Обладает средней активностью , хорошей теплопроводностью, великолепными смачивающими свойствами, а так же высокой вязкостью, что позволяет хорошо зафиксировать паяемые элементы на контактных площадках .
Идеально подходит для пайки SMD SMT и ТМП элементов.
Флюс- паста ППВ-101 не допускает образования перемычек и шариков припоя во время пайки.
Возможно нанесение флюс-пасты с помощью трафарета или мягкого резинового шпателя. Остатки флюса легко удаляются горячей водой, кистью смоченной в спирте или куском мягкой ткани. После пайки остаются красивые зеркальные паяльные соединения.
Температура плавления: 35-45 ºС.
Температура активности 180-350 ºС.
Активность: + +.
Тип припоя: олово-свинцовые и низкотемпературные бессвинцовые.
Смывка: водой 60-80 ºС.
